Terms & Conditions

1. General

These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Eindhovense Taxi Centrale, based in Eindhoven. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Bookings and Reservations

Bookings can be made by phone, WhatsApp, or online. We recommend booking in advance, especially during peak hours and holidays. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled ride may incur cancellation fees.

3. Rates and Payment

Our rates are based on distance and time. For fixed routes, we apply fixed prices. Payment can be made in cash, by card, or via invoice for business clients. For rides exceeding 50 kilometers, advance payment may be requested.

4. Cancellation and No-Show

Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the scheduled ride. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a €25 cancellation fee. Contract clients may have different terms.

5. Liability

Eindhovense Taxi Centrale is not liable for delays due to force majeure, such as traffic jams, weather conditions, or roadworks. We recommend allowing sufficient travel time for important appointments such as flights.

We are not liable for personal belongings left in our vehicles. Lost items will be kept for a maximum of 30 days.

6. Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to behave appropriately. The driver has the right to refuse or terminate the ride in case of inappropriate behavior, without right to refund. Smoking in the taxi is not permitted. Damage to the vehicle caused by passengers may be charged.

7. Luggage and Extras

Standard luggage (suitcases and hand luggage) is included in the fare. Excessive or special luggage (such as bicycles, strollers, etc.) must be indicated in advance. Additional charges may apply.

8. Privacy

Eindhovense Taxi Centrale respects your privacy. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.

9. Disputes

Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be governed by Dutch law. Disputes may be resolved through mediation before legal proceedings are initiated.

10. Changes

Eindhovense Taxi Centrale reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions. Changes will be published on our website and take effect from the publication date.
